Due to the Covid-19 epidemic our 2020 classroom education schedule has been put on hold.  However, virtual webinars, virtual CE courses and online CE are readily available.  Many of these resources are available for FREE or at reduced rates for members.

PRICING STRATEGY ADVISOR (PSA) CERTIFICATION

This course was originally scheduled for April 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 Pademic.  We plan to offer this course in the spring of 2021.

Enhance you skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with NAR's pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification.

To earn the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification:

  • Be a member in good standing of NAR
  • Complete the Pricing Strategies Course (see course below)
  • Complete two free webinars
  • Submit a one-time application and fee of $179
